Each session is 50 minutes long and is once a week for three continuous weeks.

This session is where we will identify your communications strengths and weaknesses.
This session will establish the foundation of our program so each
pillar is custom-tailored to you and your real-life experiences.
TOPIC 2
REMOVING MENTAL BARRIERS
Often times, we are our own worst enemies when it comes to communicating what we want. In this session, we will tear down the misconceptions and negative mental chatter that have prevented you from speaking confidently.
TOPIC 3
SPEAKING WITH CONFIDENCE
Getting recognized by others is about how you present your ideas to others. In this session, we will work on how you can communicate your thoughts and ideas in a way that will resonate with others and compel them to take action.
TOPIC 4
IMPACTFUL PUBLIC SPEAKING
We each have unique strengths based on the experiences we've had. In this session, we will focus on your public presentation to ensure you're prepared for every situation (in-person and on-video).
ADDITIONAL LIFETIME TRAINING
You will have 100% access to easy-to-follow videos, worksheets, and summaries
to guide you on your confident speaking journey. Plus, you will have access to these materials for life. You can
retake the online E-course for free each year, for as long as the course exists.
